-->  2011 Malbec Finca Los Primos, Valentin Bianchi The Bianchi winery is sited 750m above sea level in San Rafael about 240 kms south of Mendoza City. Due to its more southerly location, San Rafael is cooler and this comes through in the lifted perfumes and definition of the wines. In the same family since 1928 the winery has undergone recent improvements in the past few years. The Malbec, with 7% Merlot and 7% Cabernet in the blend, is very appealing with lovely sweet fruit. Two wines offering outstanding value.
