2008 Palazzo della Torre IGT Allegrini

Made from a blend of 70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella and 5% Sangiovese. Made in a 'ripasso' style, 30% of the grapes are dried until the end of December when thay are vinified and refermented with the wine from the fresh grapes. Great depth and power with a hint of dried cherries from the 'ripasso' vinification.
