2005 Riesling Ried Steinmassl Trocken, Willi Brundlmayer

Willi Bründlmayer's organically run estate is probably the finest dry white wine producer in Austria outside the Wachau and he certainly rivals the best producers from that region. With 60 hectares of vines from around the town of Langenlois the wines produced are incredibly complex, with depth power and vibrant fruit.In fact after tasting these wines we just had to list them. This Riesling has beautiful weight, superb balance and a lovely mineral edge.
