 2007 Corbieres Rose, Cuvee Tradition, Chateau Fontareche The owner of this domaine, Arnaud de Lamy was oenologist at Chateau La Conseillante and recently returned to his family's estate in the Corbieres. This rose has a slight petulance, delicious 'strawberry and cream' fruit and is very agreeable (more so, on a warm summers evening!)
