Mount Edelstone is a pure Shiraz from predominantly 90 year-old vines and is often quoted as being more consistent than Hill of Grace. This wine recently was awarded five stars in a Decanter tasting. Spice, herbs, layers of fresh, pure plum and bramble jam - awesome. Marvellous wine, dense and complex. Long, spicy vanilla and bramble fruit jam fruit flavours. Excellent weight, very fine. 8-15 years.
