Beautifully crafted white St. Joseph made from 100% Marsanne. Hand harvested grapes, 25% fermented in vat, remainder in oak. Malolactic and ageing on the lees for 8 to 10 months. With a beautiful, complex nose of white fruits, quince and apricots. On the palate it has great definition and a wickedly powerful finish that kicks in by surprise. Great with full flavoured fish dishes and goats' cheese.
