2005 Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy Thierry Hamelin

Thierry Hamelin's wines just get better and better. His 2005 1er Cru Beauroy is delightful. Dry, blanaced and with a moreish underlying complexity. Fresh langoustines and a bottle of this, is heaven indeed.
