Made from the Boal grape variety and aged 100% in cask by the canteiro method. Shows a rich array of flavours of stem ginger, barley sugar, caramel and dried fruits. Good with many dishes such as ginger cake, fruit cake, blue cheeses, creme caramel and rich pates.
